For this project, I was tasked with recreating a cover and dust jacket for a book, and I chose Heir of Fire. I chose to recreate the cover to target an older and mature audience rather than the perhaps younger audience that the book cover originally looked to be reaching. I designed an intricate image consisting of flames and a deer head, which are two important symbols of the series.
